You can request deletion of your TriRho account and applicable personal data by emailing privacy@trirho.com from the email address associated with your account. If your account is managed by a school, club, or team, we may direct your request to that organization because it may control the underlying team records.

We will verify your request before processing it. Approved production-data deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and contractual retention requirements. Encrypted backups may remain until their normal overwrite cycle, generally within about 90 days.
